Rooms have more doors, so you have more route options, and every enemy loses 1 speed. But the entrance gives you just two heroes, with no choice.

The entrance offers only 2 heroes, and you take both.
How to play Nyx
The early floors are the hard part. You get what you get at the entrance, so look for hero-giving rooms as your first priority.
Once your team has filled out, use the extra doors to reach Shops, Mirror Pools and other rooms you want.
Lullaby slows every enemy, which helps your heroes move first and improves speed-based abilities.
