How to use Warchief
Best position: front or middle.
Battle Cry gives every ally +1 power at the start of each fight. It is one of the most useful level 1 abilities in the game.
Unlike pure supports, it also attacks and has reasonable health, so it can stand fairly close to the front.
Warpath at level 3 gives the entire team +1 power every time an ally kills an enemy, so winning fights snowball.
Good teammates
-
Bard
Stacks a second Battle Cry, then Crescendo on top.
-
Sellsword
A strong attacker gets kills quickly and feeds Warpath.
